§.1 General Provisions
The data controller is Piotr Dobner conducting business under the name EL-DOB Piotr Dobner, located at ul. Cieszyńska 89, 43-426 Dębowiec, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity under the NIP number: 548-26-04-732.
Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable legal regulations, and their storage takes place on secure servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations applies or as described in the Privacy Policy (if this is directly derived from the description).
For better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced by "You," and "Administrator" has been replaced by "Us." The term "GDPR" means the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
We respect the right to privacy and care for data security. For this purpose, secure communication protocols (SSL) are used, among others.
Personal data provided in contact forms is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
§2. Data Controller
The service provider is the data controller of its clients' data. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, position, workplace, IP address.
The service provider is also the administrator of persons subscribed to the newsletter and persons using the contact form and inquiry form.
Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it, and to properly perform the services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (lawfully justified purposes), provided that the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if, for example, you have subscribed to the newsletter, to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if, for example, you used the contact form or inquiry form.
Each person whose data is processed (if we are their administrator) has the right to access their data, rectify, delete, or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for the purpose of pursuing potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international regulations obligate us to retain data.
The service provider has the right to share the User's personal data and other data with authorized entities based on applicable legal regulations (e.g., law enforcement authorities).
The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
The service provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized based on applicable legal regulations.
The service provider ensures current security standards to minimize the effects of any potential data security breach.
Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate.
