As part of our work, we offer to produce cost estimates for tenders using the advanced Norma EXPERT software. Our cost estimate creation process consists of several key steps that ensure the accuracy and completeness of the entire cost estimate.
- The first step is to select the project for which the cost estimate is to be produced. Then, using Norma EXPERT software, we create a catalogue of works, i.e. a list of all construction works to be performed as part of the project. Thanks to this, we can approach the cost estimate creation in a transparent and systematic way.
- The next step is the selection of appropriate construction standards to be applied in the valuation of individual cost estimate items. Our experience and knowledge of the norms allows us to select appropriate criteria, such as material prices, time of execution of the works and rates of remuneration for employees.
- Then, within the Norma EXPERT programme, we add all cost estimate items, i.e. elements that will be included in the cost estimate. Each item contains information on quantity, unit of measure and material and labour prices.
- After adding all cost estimate items, the Norma EXPERT programme automatically calculates the total cost estimate for the project, taking into account the prices of materials, labour and time of works execution. As a result, our cost estimates are accurate and comprehensive, allowing us to provide reliable data to tender ordering bodies.
- Finally, our cost estimates are exported into a format that allows them to be sent to the ordering parties. In this way, our clients can be assured that their cost estimates are professional, comprehensive and fully compliant with tender requirements.
